Upon receipt of your order, we aim to process it within 1-2 working days and send it to a distribution center. The center then chooses the quickest shipping method from a selection of reputable couriers and promptly dispatches the order. We know that sometimes everyone changes their mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept no-question, hassle-free returns. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product on hello@brikstacker.com and we'll guide you through the steps of returning the product. In order to qualify for a refund, the model must be in its original, sealed packaging. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Normally it will take 3 calendar days to receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
