Customers in Australia can expect their orders to be shipped directly from our Australian Warehouse. The estimated delivery time for items in stock is typically 5-7 days, while out of stock items may take around 13-19 days to arrive.
Customers in United States can expect their orders to be shipped directly from our United States Warehouse. The estimated delivery time for items in stock is typically 5-10 days, while out of stock items may take around 13-19 days to arrive.
Customers in Canada, Mexico & Europe can expect their orders to be shipped directly from our International Warehouse. The estimated delivery time is typically 13-19 days. For orders shipping to Canada and Mexico, customers are responsible for any import taxes or duties.

We know that sometimes everyone changes their mind about a purchase, we are happy to accept no-question, hassle-free returns. Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product on hello@brikstacker.com and we'll guide you through the steps of returning the product. In order to qualify for a refund, the model must be in its original, sealed packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Normally it will take 3 calendar days to receive your refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
